Natalie is a skilled facilitator, strategist, non-profit manager, and international development professional. She specializes in bringing people together to take on complex environmental issues that come from different perspectives in order to create change. Equity is central to her work, and she designs collaborative processes that elevate and center those most impacted in a situation. She has worked with and managed networks such as the US Climate Action Network and the Lower Mekong Network. She served as the youngest female Director on the board of Sierra Club as well as established Care About Climate, an international youth climate action organization. She is ready to work with you to collaborate, strategize, and win!
Network Consulting
Networks can be incredibly powerful. They offer a platform for organizations to come together, learn from one another, and tackle issues in ways all entities can agree on. A network is not a coalition, alliance, or campaign. Networks come together democratically, everyone has voting power, and they serve as trust and alignment building opportunities.
Strategic Planning Consulting
Strategic planning is critical to ensuring you are putting your resources, time and energy into work that will result in the outcomes you want. It starts with your mission and vision, and looks at what you can do in a certain timeframe to get closer to achieving your mission and vision. The most important part of Strategic Planning is organizational buy-in. People have to believe in it, and see themselves, their work, and their value in the plan.
Facilitation & Training
Having an outside perspective to help you have conversations or learn new concepts can be incredibly helpful. Meeting and conversation planning can be completely outsourced, or you can also get high-level guidance for how a convening could be planned. Trainings can also build the capacity of your organization to make it more effective overall.
