While on the Board of Directors for Sierra Club, Natalie was instrumental in developing the 2030 Strategic Framework for the organization. Sierra Club has four central pillars in its programming which includes shifting the US energy systems, taking people on outings, wildlife and lands protection, and centering justice through action. Each of those pillars has a strategic plan and goals of their own. The Strategic Framework helps tell a story for how the organization is tied together, and what it is rooted in, the values of the organization. Since the organization is so large, and has so much programming, this framework helps show where each person fits in while identifying what the organization is working on. This framework also provides guardrails for the organization to provide the organization focus on these four components. The final art design shown here was completed by Sierra Club staff once concepts were developed.
